Due to precautionary measures due to the COVID-19 pandemic, administrative and non-essential personnel are working remotely, however, essential services such as the Network Operations Center and the Technical Support department continue to operate regularly.

At CITY+ we take the health and well-being of all our collaborators, suppliers, and associates very seriously, so we reinforce hygiene measures within the company through the use of face masks, face shields, and gloves. We increase the frequency in which areas are sanitized using disinfectant products based on quaternary ammonium. The same protocol, using nebulized disinfectants, is applied to the electronic equipment of the company and the equipment of the employees. We encourage everyone to stay healthy through frequent hand washing and we conduct frequent checkups on all staff members.

In the same spirit, our delivery service is working in a reduced way but applying the necessary protection measures to keep our clients, suppliers, and associates free from any type of contagion.

We appreciate your understanding in preferring the use of electronic media over print media, helping to maintain a minimum 6-foot distance between you and our technicians, engineers, delivery people, and general associates along with the regular use of alcohol-containing sanitizer gel greater than 70% at times when hand washing is not possible.
